SBI CLERK EXAM 2019 RECRUITMENT NOTIFICATION

Dear Aspirants,

State Bank of India has released the Recruitment notification for eligible Indian Citizens for appointment as Junior Associate (Customer Support and Sales) in clerical cadre. Candidates can apply for vacancies in one State only. Candidates can appear for the test only once under this recruitment project. The application has begun from 12 April 2019 and will close on 03 May 2019. All the eligible candidates can apply for the same. Given are the Notification Details.

1. About SBI:

State Bank of India (SBI) is an Indian multinational, public sector banking and financial services company. It is a government-owned corporation. India's largest Bank merged with five of its Associate Banks (State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur, State Bank of Hyderabad, State Bank of Mysore, State Bank of Patiala and State Bank of Travancore) and Bharatiya Mahila Bank with itself.

Selection Process for SBI CLERK 2019:

The selection process will consist of an on-line test (preliminary and main examination) and test of specified opted local language.

2.SBI CLERK Prelims Exam Pattern (Phase I):

Phase-I: Preliminary Examination: Preliminary Examination (online) consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1-hour duration consisting of 3 Sections as follows. Each test will have separate timing as mentioned below.

4. SBI CLERK LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY TEST (LPT):

Language Proficiency Test (LPT) - The candidates provisionally selected from the on-line examination will have to undergo a language proficiency test (LPT). The language proficiency test will be conducted in the Official / Local Language of the State concerned. Candidate not proficient in the Official/Local Language would be disqualified.

5. SBI CLERK Eligibility criteria:

(A) Age Limit: (As on 01.01.2019)

Not below 20 years and not above 28 years as on 01.04.2019 expected i.e candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1991and not later than 01.04.1999.

(B)Essential Academic Qualifications: (AS ON 31.08.2019)

Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. Candidates having integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD is on or before 31.08.2019
