PSPCL has announced the Official Notification of Junior Engineer (JE)/Electrical, Clerk/Typist, and Others. The Online Registration for PSPCL will be started expectedly in the month of March 2021. PSPCL has introduced 2632 vacancies for Junior Engineer (JE)/Electrical, Clerk/Typist, and Others Exam.

PSPCL 2021 Age Limit:

  • Minimum: 18 years
  • Maximum: 37 years

Candidates should have

1.A Valid Mark-sheet / Degree: A certificate which supports that they are graduates on the day they were registered for the exam. The percentage of marks obtained in should be mentioned at the time of registration for the PSPCL examination.

2.Computer Literacy:

a) Knowledge of computer operation is a must as the PSPCL exam is conducted online.

b) Possesses at least one hundred and twenty hours course with hands-on experience in the use of Personal Computer or Information Technology in Office productivity application or Desktop Publishing application from a Govt. recognized institution or a reputed institution, which is ISO 9001 certified

c) Possesses a Computer Information Technology Course equivalent to 'O' level certificate of Department. Of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) of Govt. of India

3.Language Proficiency: For this purpose, all the candidates must have passed Punjabi of at least Matriculation or its equivalent level upto the date of document checking.

Note: Relaxable for Sikh Migrants upto the extent that they will have to acquire such qualification within two years after joining the service failing which their services shall be liable to the terminated.

PSPCL 2021 Admit Card

Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) will release a call letter for attending the exam for the posts of Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Jr Engineer & Other (CRA 293 & 294/19). The Dates for the Online Examination will be notified as soon as the notification is issued.

Note: Currently, admit cards only for online examination dated 18-12-19 & 19-12-19 are available to download. Admit cards for rest of the schedule will be available to download shortly. Link to download Admit cards have also been sent on the applicant’s registered email ID.

How to Download PSPCL Admit Card?

  • Visit the official website of PSPCL- pspcl.in.
  • On the homepage, click on the “Recruitment” tab.
  • Now, click on PSPCL CRA Admit card option.
  • On clicking the Admit card option candidate’s login page will appear.
  •  Enter the User Id and Password in the respective fields and click on the Submit button.
  • Admit card will appear on the screen, check and verify all the information mentioned on it.
  • Take a printout/download the same for future references.

Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd (PSPCL) has released the Answer Key for the posts of LDC, Junior Engineer and other on its official website. All such candidates who have appeared in PSPCL LDC and Other Posts exam can check their answer key on official website of Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd (PSPCL)-pspcl.in.

Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd (PSPCL) has released the link to raise objections against answer keys/questions related to online exam conducted for various posts against CRA 293/19 & 294/19. All such candidates who have appeared in the exam can check their answer key and also raise their objections with the link given on the official website. 

PSPCL 2021 Exam Cut Off Marks

PSPCL (Punjab State Power Corporation Ltd.) release the result for the post of JE/LDC/SSA on its official website pspcl.in. The result is declared in the form of the merit list containing the roll numbers, date of birth, marks of all the candidates who have cleared the exam. Candidates need to qualify the minimum cut-off marks decided by the PSPCL authority. Q. What is the application fees charged for the exam?
Ans: The application for all categories except SC and Person with Disability is Rs. 1000/- per Application + Bank Charges, for SC Category it is Rs. 400/- per Application + Bank Charges and Person with Disability it will be charged as Rs. 500/- per Application + Bank Charges.
 
Q. May I know that there is any negative marking in the exam?
Ans: Yes, there is negative marking in the exam. There is a penalty for every wrong answer marked in the Objective Tests. Every wrong answer is subject to a deducting of 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question. However, there will be no penalty for leaving a question blank, i.e. in case, no answer is marked by the candidate.
