Meaning: instruct or improve (someone) morally or intellectually

2. REGRESS (verb, noun) – प्रत्यावर्तन

Meaning: to return to a previous and less advanced or worse state, condition, or way of behaving

Antonyms: progress, improve

Antonyms: reasonable, sensible
Usage: It is ridiculously absurd to believe that the number 13 is unlucky.
6. CABAL (noun) – गुप्तदल, गुट
Pronunciation: kuh-bal
Meaning: a small secret political close-knit group which does not readily allow others to join them
Synonyms: clique, faction, coterie, group
Usage: I read in a children story book that the world is being secretly ruled by a cabal from inside a secret room.
7. RATIFY (verb) – पुष्टि करना
Pronunciation: rati-fai
Meaning: give formal approval to (a treaty, contract, or agreement), making it officially valid
Synonyms: confirm, approve, sanction, endorse, agree to, accept
Antonyms: reject, revoke
Usage: Today the governor will ratify the bill by signing it during a press conference.
8. IMMURE (verb) – क़ैद करना
Pronunciation: im-yo
Meaning: enclose someone against his will
Synonyms: confine, intern, lock up, incarcerate, imprison
Antonyms: liberate, free, release
Usage: He was immured in a dark room.
9. DUBIOUS (adjective) – संदिग्ध
Pronunciation: dyoo-bi-us
Meaning: hesitating or doubting
Synonyms: doubtful, uncertain, unsure, hesitant, undecided
Antonyms: certain, definite
Usage: These claims are dubious and not scientifically proven.
10. DIGRESS (verb) – विषयान्तर करना
Pronunciation: di-gres
Meaning: leave the main subject temporarily in speech or writing
Synonyms: deviate, diverge
Antonym: stick to the point
Usage: Don't digress when you deliver a lecture.
