1. WITHHOLD (verb) – रखे रहना, चित्त में रखना

5. PROMINENCE (noun) – विशिष्ठता

Meaning: the state of being important, famous, or noticeable

Antonym: obscurity
Usage: She first came to prominence as an artist in 1989.
6. HARP (verb) – रट लगाना

Meaning: talk or write persistently on (a particular topic)

Usage: She began to harp us to drink after dinner.
7. DEVASTATE (verb) – उजाड़ना
Pronunciation: devus-teit

10. BEMOAN (verb) – दुःख प्रकट करना
Pronunciation: bi-mo-n
Meaning: express sorrow over (something)

Usage: The farmer bemoaned his loss.
