1. RELINQUISH (verb) – त्यागना, छोड़ना
Pronunciation: rilinkwish
Meaning: to give up something, such as a responsibility or claim
Synonyms: renounce, give up
Antonyms: keep, retain, continue
Usage: He was forced to relinquish control of the company.

2. DERELICT (adjective, noun) – परित्यक्त; आवारा
Pronunciation: dere-likt
Meaning: in a very poor condition as a result of disuse and neglect; shamefully negligent of one's duties or obligations; a person without a home, job, or property
Synonyms: unsafe, dangerous, hazardous; negligent, neglectful, remiss, lax, careless; tramp, vagrant, vagabond
Antonyms: safe, wholesome; dutiful, punctilious
Usage: 
• The derelict buildings are the signs of a town in decay. (adjective)
•  He was derelict in his duty to his country. (adjective)
•  Derelicts often beg on the streets. (noun)

3. BROOK (verb) – बर्दाश्त करना
Pronunciation: bruk
Meaning: tolerate or allow something (typically opposition)
Synonyms: allow, stand, bear, abide
Antonyms: ban, resist, combat
Usage: Jenny would brook no criticism of Matthew.

4. SCUTTLE (verb, noun) – वेग-युक्त गमन
Pronunciation: skut(u)l
Meaning: run hurriedly or secretively with short quick steps; an act or sound of scuttling
Synonyms: scamper, scurry, scramble, bustle
Usage: 

• A mouse scuttled across the floor. (verb)
• I heard the scuttle of rats across the room. (noun)

5. UNRUFFLED (adjective) – बेहरकत; शान्त

Pronunciation: un-ruf(u)ld
Meaning: not disordered or disarranged; (of a person or their manner) not agitated or disturbed 
Synonyms: tranquil, calm, smooth, placid; composed, undisturbed, unmoved, controlled, still
Antonyms: choppy, stormy; frantic, nervous
Usage: 
• The river flowed unruffled.
• He was unruffled in the face of difficulty

6. PIGHEADED (adjective) – मूर्ख और जिद्दी 
Pronunciation: pig-hed-id
Meaning: stupidly stubborn
Synonyms: obstinate, stubborn, mulish, obdurate, headstrong
Antonyms: compliant, amenable, tractable
Usage: He was too pigheaded to listen to reason.

7. GAB (verb, noun) – लम्बी बात करना
Pronunciation: gab
Meaning: talk at length; a talk
Synonyms: chatter, chitter-chatter, chat, talk, gossip, gabble, babble
Usage:
• I hate it when people gab in movie theaters. (verb)
• I hate the gabs concerning past times. (noun)

8. BROKER (noun, verb) दलाल
Pronunciation: bro-kuh
Meaning: a person who buys and sells goods or assets for others; arrange or negotiate (an agreement)
Synonyms: dealer, agent, negotiator, trafficker; arrange, organize, orchestrate, work out
Usage:
• The broker will get 5% if he finds a purchaser. (noun)
• It was Smith who brokered the multimillion dollar deal between the two companies. (verb)

9. FALLIBLE (adjective) – भूल करने वाला
 
Pronunciation: fali-b(u)
Meaning: capable of making mistakes or being wrong
Synonyms: error-prone, erring, errant, imperfect, flawed, frail, weak
Antonym: infallible
Usage: All men are fallible.
 
10. INVETERATE (adjective) – कट्टर, पक्का
Pronunciation: invet(u)rut
Meaning: (of a feeling, habit, activity, or interest) long-established and unlikely to change
Synonyms: ingrained, deep-seated, deep-rooted; confirmed, hardened, chronic, incorrigible
Usage: I never trust anything John says; he is an inveterate liar.
