4. BIJOU (adjective) – छोटा और सुरुचिपूर्ण

10. DEVOLUTION (noun) – हस्तांतरण
Pronunciation: dee-vul-oosh(u)n / devul-oosh(u)n
Meaning: the transfer or delegation of power to a lower level; the surrender of powers to local authorities by a central government
Synonyms: decentralization, delegation, dispersal, distribution, transfer, surrender
Antonym: centralization
Usage: The majority of people in the province are in favour of devolution.
