1. FRENETIC (adjective) – उन्मत्त, उन्मादपूर्ण
Pronunciation: frun-atik
Meaning: fast and energetic in a rather wild and uncontrolled way
Synonyms: frantic, wild, frenzied, hectic, fraught, feverish, fevered
Antonym: calm
Usage: After weeks of frenetic activity, the job was finally finished.

2. GROGGY (adjective)- कमजोर; अस्थिर; मदोन्मत्त; घबराया हुआ
Pronunciation: gro-gi
Meaning: weak, or unsteady, especially from illness, intoxication, sleep, or a blow
Synonyms: dazed, muzzy, stupefied, befuddled, fuddled
Usage: I felt a bit groggy for a couple of days after the operation.

3. AVID (adjective) – उत्सुक, हितबद्ध
Pronunciation: avid
Meaning: having or showing a keen interest in or enthusiasm for something
Synonyms: keen, eager, enthusiastic, ardent, passionate, devoted
Antonyms: apathetic, half-hearted
Usage: He took an avid interest in the project.

4. DEPOSE (verb) – पदच्युत
Pronunciation: di-poz
Meaning: remove from office suddenly and forcefully
Synonyms: overthrow, overturn, topple, unseat, dethrone
Usage: The people deposed the dictator.

5. SCRAGGY (adjective) – बहुत पतला
Pronunciation: skragi
Meaning: (of a person and animal) thin and bony
Synonyms: scrawny, thin, skinny
Antonyms: fat, plump
Usage: He was white, tall, and scraggy.

6. DOUR (adjective) – कठोर, रूखा
Pronunciation:
du-uh / dau-uh
Meaning: characterised by sternness, harshness, unfriendliness
Synonyms: stern, unsmiling, unfriendly, frowning
Antonyms: cheerful, friendly
Usage: The dour man would not laugh at any of the comedian’s jokes.

7. GROVEL (verb) – विनीत भाव दर्शाना
Pronunciation: gro-v(u)l / gruv(u)l
Meaning: to be kind to someone in order to gain something
Synonyms: fawn, kowtow, bow and scrape, toady, truckle
Usage: The dog was willing to grovel for the biscuit.

8. BOOR (noun) – असभ्य
Pronunciation: bo
Meaning: a rough and bad-mannered person; a person whose behavior is offensive to others
Synonyms: lout, oaf, ruffian, hooligan, thug
Antonyms: idol, role model, angel, saint
Usage: Jack was such a boor that he would not even hold a door for his mother.

9. SNIDE (adjective) – अप्रत्यक्ष रूप से अपमानजनक
Pronunciation: snaid
Meaning: derogatory or mocking in an indirect way
Synonyms: disparaging, derogatory, deprecating, deprecatory
Antonyms: complimentary, sympathetic
Usage: He made a snide comment about her weight.

10. BESTIAL (adjective) – वहशी
Pronunciation: besti-ul
Meaning: savagely cruel and depraved
Synonyms: savage, brutish, brutal, barbarous, barbaric, cruel, vicious
Antonyms: civilized, humane
Usage: His bestial nature stands directly opposed to our civilized culture.
