1. HIGH-STRUNG (adjective) – संवेदनशील, अनुभूत
Pronunciation: hai-strung
Meaning: nervous and easily upset

Usage: The aging actress was very high-strung.
2. DISQUIET (noun, verb) – घबराहट; बेचैन करना
Pronunciation: dis-kwai-ut
Meaning: a feeling of worry or unease; make (someone) worried or uneasy

Usage:

4. THOROUGHBRED (adjective, noun) – ख़ालिस, शुद्धरक्त

Meaning: (of a horse) of pure breed (widely used as racehorses); of outstanding quality (person or thing)

Usage:

Pronunciation: kun-traiv
Meaning: create or bring about (an object or a situation) by deliberate use of skill and artifice; manage to do something foolish or create an undesirable situation

Usage:

6. TRANSGRESS (verb) – उल्लंघन करना, अवलेहना करना
Pronunciation: traanz-gres / traans-gres
Meaning: go beyond the limits of something that is morally, socially, or legally acceptable
Synonyms: misbehave, err, lapse, fall from grace, sin, degenerate, do wrong
Antonym: obey
Usage: She had transgressed an unwritten social law.
7. DEPRECATORY (adjective) – निंदक, अवरोधक; क्षमा याचक
Pronunciation: depruk-eit(u)ri
Meaning: expressing disapproval; apologetic
Synonyms: disapproving, censorious, censuring, critical, scathing, damning; regretful, sorry, remorseful, contrite, penitent, repentant
Antonym: unrepentant
Usage:

8. HOBBLE (verb) – लंगड़ाकर चलना

Meaning: walk with difficulty, typically because of pain from an injury

Usage: The old man hobble along with the aid of his stick.
9. NOSH (noun, verb) – खाद्य; लालच से खाना

Usage:

Meaning: a small bunch of flowers, typically one that is sweet-scented

Usage: On mothers’ day, I presented a nosegay of red, white, and yellow roses to my mom.
