1. flagrant (adjective) - निन्दनीय
Pronunciation:
fleig-runt
Meaning: (of an action considered wrong or immoral) conspicuously or obviously offensive
Synonyms: blatant, glaring, obvious, overt, evident, conspicuous
Antonyms: unobtrusive, slight
Usage: He showed a flagrant disregard for anyone else's feelings.

2. anomalous (adjective) - विलक्षण
Pronunciation: unom(u)lus
Meaning: deviating from what is standard, normal, or expected
Synonyms: abnormal, atypical, non-typical, irregular
Antonyms: normal, typical, regular
Usage: The scientists, at the weather station, were extremely worried about the anomalous readings they were getting from their instruments.

3. gratification (noun) - परितोषण, तृप्ति
Pronunciation: grati-fi-keish(u)n
Meaning: pleasure, especially when gained from the satisfaction of a desire
Synonyms: satisfaction, fulfilment, indulgence, relief
Usage: His son's success was a great gratification to him.

4. diaphanous (adjective) - पारदर्शी
Pronunciation: dai-uf(u)nus
Meaning: (especially of fabric) light, delicate, and translucent
Synonyms: sheer, fine, ultra-fine, delicate, light, lightweight
Antonyms: thick, opaque
Usage: She was wearing a dress of diaphanous silk.

5. conflagration (noun) - अग्निकाण्ड
Pronunciation: kon-flug-reish(u)n
Meaning: an extensive fire which destroys a great deal of land or property
Synonyms: fire, blaze, flames, inferno
Usage: A tiny spark caused a vast conflagration.

6. malicious (adjective) -  दुर्भावनापूर्ण, द्वेषपूर्ण
Pronunciation: muli-shus
Meaning: characterized by malice; intending or intended to do harm
Synonyms: spiteful, malevolent, hostile, bitter, venomous, poisonous
Antonym: benevolent
Usage: He was found guilty of malicious damage.

7. deft (adjective) – चतुर, निपुण, कुशल
Pronunciation: deft
Meaning: neatly skilful and quick in one's movements; demonstrating skill and cleverness
Synonyms: skilful, adept, adroit, dexterous, agile
Antonyms: clumsy, awkward, inept
Usage: She is deft at dealing with reporters.

8. defunct (adjective) – मृत, निर्जीव, निश्चेष्ट
Pronunciation: di-funkt
Meaning: no longer existing or functioning
Synonyms: disused, unused, inoperative, non-functioning, unusable, obsolete
Antonyms: working, extant
Usage: After being hit by a hurricane, the entire neighborhood was defunct.  

9. stupor (noun) - अचेतनता
Pronunciation: styoo-per
Meaning: a state of near-unconsciousness or insensibility
Synonyms: daze, torpor, insensibility, numbness, numbness
Usage: Frank deals with the pain of his wife’s death by drinking himself into a stupor every night.

10. armistice (noun) - युद्धविराम
Pronunciation: aa-mis-tis
Meaning: an agreement made by opposing sides in a war to stop fighting for a certain time
Synonyms: truce, ceasefire, lull, respite
Antonym: hostilities
Usage: The two nations signed an armistice.
