RBI Assistant 2019-20 Exam Pattern and syllabus
As we know that RBI announces the 926 vacancies of RBI-Assistant 2019. Here we will discuss the RBI Assistant exam pattern and syllabus. RBI assistant exam will be conducted in two phases with a language proficiency test. the preliminary examination is of one-hour duration and is conducted online. It has 3 sections with having 100 questions in total with a maximum score of 100 marks. The section-wise details are given below:

RBI Assistant Mains Exam Pattern
RBI Assistant 2019 mains exam is 135 min duration and is conducted online. It has 5 sections with having 200 questions in total with a maximum score of 200 marks. Reasoning, English Language, Numerical Ability, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge. The candidates must attempt the sections in the same order and within the allotted time fixed by the examining body. The next section can only be attempted after the current section is completed.

Language Proficiency Test (LPT) :
The candidates provisionally selected from the main on-line examination will have to undergo a language proficiency test (LPT). The language proficiency test will be conducted in the Official / Local Language of the State concerned. Candidate not proficient in the Official/Local Language would be disqualified.
Note:- Candidate not proficient in the Official / Local Language shall be disqualified.

Changes introduced in RBI Assistant Exam 2019
This time like other banking examinations, RBI has introduced sectional timing in prelims as well. Now aspirants have to face sectional timing in both preliminary and mains examination. LPT round will also be conducted for the students applying from another state which is qualifying in nature.
RBI Assistant Syllabus 2019
RBI exam syllabus is similar to other bank exams except that RBI issues only the broad subjects, they can be further bifurcated into individual topics, based on the questions that have appeared in the exams over the past few years. The RBI syllabus is divided into two parts:
