1. ARRANT (adjective) पूर्ण
Pronunciation: ar(u)nt
Meaning: complete
Synonyms: utter, downright, thoroughgoing, absolute, thorough
Usage: Most of his theories are arrant nonsense.
 
2. TENUOUS (adjective) तुच्छ, क्षुद्र, छोटा
Pronunciation: ten-yu-us
Meaning: very weak
Synonyms: slight, insubstantial, flimsy, negligible, fragile, shaky
Antonyms: convincing, substantial, strong
Usage: My identity was becoming more and more tenuous.
 
3. FARRAGO (noun) संमिश्रण, गड़बड़झाला
Pronunciation: fuh-raa-go
Meaning: a confused mixture
Synonyms: hotchpotch, hodgepodge, mishmash, ragbag, jumble
Usage: The whole story was a farrago of lies and deceit.
 
4. CHIVVY (verb) – खिझाना 
Pronunciation: chivi
Meaning: tell (someone) repeatedly to do something
Synonyms: nag, badger, hound, harass, harry
Usage: I had to chivvy him into writing the report.
 
5. SCHISM (noun) – फूट, मतभेद
Pronunciation: skiz(u)m / siz(u)m
Meaning: a split or division between strongly opposed sections or parties, caused by differences in opinion or belief
Synonyms: division, split, rift, breach, rupture, break, separation
Usage: There is a very real schism in the motorcycling community between people who ride Harleys and those who don't.
6. FRANTIC (adjective) उन्मत्त, घबराया हुआ
Pronunciation: fran-tik
Meaning: very worried and upset because of fear, anxiety, or other emotion

Antonym: calm
Usage: We were getting frantic with worry.
 
7. DISGORGE (verb) – उगल देना; छोड़ देना, घुटने टेकना
Pronunciation: dis-go-j
Meaning: pour (something) out; give up (funds, especially when dishonestly acquired)
Synonyms: discharge, eject, emit, expel, evacuate; surrender, relinquish, hand over, give up, turn over, yield
Antonym: retain
Usage:
  • My leaking pen broke which cause ink to disgorge all over my paper.
  • The man was forced to disgorge the funds.
8. WILLY-NILLY (adverb) – बिना सोचे समझे
Pronunciation: wili-nili
Meaning: whether one likes it or not; without direction or planning
Synonyms: of necessity, necessarily; haphazardly, at random, randomly
Usage:
  • She was forced willy-nilly to accept the company's proposals.
  • Companies were accused of raising prices willy-nilly.
9. BEARABLE (adjective) – सहनीय
Pronunciation: berub(u)l
Meaning: able to be endured
Synonyms: tolerable, endurable, sustainable, acceptable, admissible
Antonyms: unbearable, intolerable
Usage: A cool breeze made the heat pleasantly bearable.
 
10. TARNISH (verb) – मंद हो जाना; कलंकति करना
Pronunciation: taa-nish
Meaning: lose or cause to lose lustre, especially as a result of exposure to air or moisture; make or become less valuable or respected
Synonyms: discolour, stain, rust, oxidize, corrode; sully, besmirch, blacken, smirch
Antonyms: brighten, polish; enhance
Usage:
  • Gold does not tarnish easily.
  • The affair could tarnish the reputation of the prime minister.
