1. ASTOUND (verb) – हक्का बक्का
Pronunciation: uh•stawnd
Meaning: shock or greatly surprise
Synonyms: amaze, astonish, stagger, surprise, startle, stun, confound, dumbfound, stupefy, daze          
Antonyms: refrain, defend, dullness
Usage: The illusionist’s show is sure to astound everyone in the audience.
 
2. IMPOSING (adjective) – भव्य, आलीशान
Pronunciation: uhm•pow•zuhng
Meaning: grand and impressive in appearance
Synonyms: impressive, striking, eye-catching, spectacular, staggering, stunning, awesome, awe-inspiring
Antonyms: unimposing, modest
Usage: The castle is an imposing building.
 
3. PREMISE (verb, noun)आधार
Pronunciation: preh•maiz
Meaning: an assertion or proposition which forms the basis for a work or theory; base an argument, theory, or undertaking on
Synonyms: proposition, assumption, hypothesis, thesis, presupposition, postulation, conjecture, posit, theorize   
Antonyms: append, infer, supplement, subjoin
Usage
  • Let me premise my argument with a bit of history. (verb)
  • The research project is based on the premise stated earlier. (noun)
4. RENOUNCE (verb) – त्याग
Pronunciation: ruh•nawns
Meaning: formally declare one's abandonment of a claim, right, or possession
Synonyms: reject, repudiate, give up, relinquish, abandon, resign      
Antonyms: accept, assert, reassert
Usage: If the prince chooses to renounce his throne, he will not be king when his father dies.
 
5. VIGOROUS (adjective) – फुरतीला, ज़ोरदार
Pronunciation: vi•guh•ruhs
Meaning: strong, healthy, and full of energy 
Synonyms: robust, healthy, energetic, lively, active, spry, enthusiastic, unrestrained        
Antonyms: frail, weak, feeble
Usage: Robert was a very vigorous sort of person.
 
 
6. BIZZARE (adjective) – विचित्र
Pronunciation: buh•zaa
Meaning: very strange or unusual 
Synonyms:  strange, peculiar, odd, unconventional, unexpected, unfamiliar, abnormal, atypical, unusual                 
Antonyms: ordinary, normal
Usage: They saw a bizarre animal in the lake.
 
7. FRENETIC (adjective) – उत्तेजित, प्रचंड
Pronunciation: fruh•neh•tuhk
Meaning: fast and energetic in a rather wild and uncontrolled way
Synonyms: manic, hyperactive, energetic, fast and furious, excited, turbulent
Antonyms: peaceful, calm
Usage: After the concert, the frenetic crowd surged through the exit doors and began to dance in the street.

8. ABERRATION (noun) – असामान्यता
Pronunciation: a•buh•rei•shn 
Meaning: a departure from what is normal, usual, or expected, typically an unwelcome one
Synonyms: anomaly, deviation, divergence, abnormality, irregularity, variation, rogue, rarity
Antonyms: normality, usualness
Usage: Janice has a medical aberration which causes her to blink constantly.
 
9. PRETENTIOUS (adjective) – छली, मिथ्याभिमानी
Pronunciation: pruh•ten•shuhs
Meaning: attempting to impress by affecting greater importance or merit than is actually possessed.
Synonyms: showy, flashy, artificial, flatulent, pseudo, hyperventilated       
Antonyms: natural, unaffected
Usage: Mary prefers the simple things in life and is not pretentious by any means.
 
10. UNSCRUPULOUS (adjective) – बेशरम, बेईमान
Pronunciation: uhn•skroo•pyoo•luhs
Meaning: having or showing no moral principles; not honest or fair
Synonyms: unprincipled, unethical, immoral, shameless, exploitative, corrupt, dishonest 
Antonyms: ethical, honest
Usage: In his desire for power, he has become thoroughly unscrupulous
