Meaning: physical or mental anguish
Synonyms: anguish, suffering, pain, agony, affliction, discomfort, misery
Antonyms: happiness, comfort, delight
Usage: Geri’s mental distress was so intense it gave her a migraine headache.

 
2.FELICITATE (verb) –
बधाई देना
Pronunciation: fuh•li•suh•teit
Meaning: to congratulate
Synonyms: commend, compliment, praise, recommend, salute
Antonyms: criticize, blame, reject
Usage: The ornate shawl was given by the tribe to felicitate the woman on the birth of her new baby.

Meaning: impudent or unapologetic but in a generally charming way
Synonyms: impudent, impertinent, insolent, presumptuous, forward, pert, bold
Antonyms: respectful, polite
Usage: My son can be a little cheeky at times, but I don’t get too mad unless he flat out disobeys me on something important.

Meaning: boldly resisting authority or an opposing force
Synonyms: intransigent, resistant, obstinate, uncooperative, recalcitrant, confrontational, challenging
Antonyms: apologetic, cooperative, submissive
