1. SUBJUGATE (VERB): अधीन करना
Pronunciation: suhb·ju·gayt
Meaning:  bring under domination or control, especially by conquest.
Synonyms: subdue, conquer, dominate
Antonyms: liberate, emancipate, enfranchise
Sentence:  The manager tried to subjugate the employees into working late by threatening to fire them. 
 
2. DISINCENTIVE (NOUN): निस्र्त्साहित
Pronunciation: dis·uhn·sen·tuhv
Meaning:  a factor, especially a financial disadvantage, that discourages a particular action.
Synonyms: deterrent, discouragement, impediment

Meaning: smooth and continuous, with no apparent gaps or spaces between one part and the next.
Synonyms: perfect, flawless, impeccable
Antonyms: imperfect, bad, defective

8. CALLOUS (ADJECTIVE): कठोर

Meaning: not caring about the feelings or suffering of other people.
Synonyms: ruthless, merciless, heartless
