SSA Punjab Recruitment 2020 Notification Out: 3294 Vacancies for Teacher Posts:

Dear Aspirants,

Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) Punjab has released the Recruitment notification for eligible candidates for appointment as teachers. The last date of submitting online applications is extended up to 09 July 2020. Eligible candidates can submit SSA Master's online application on SSA official website - educationrecruitmentboard.com. SSA Released a total of 3294 posts for various subjects including Maths, Science, Hindi, English, Social Science, and Punjabi language.

• English – 955 Posts
• Science – 1207 Posts
• Maths – 964 Posts
• Punjabi – 62 Posts
• Social Studies - 54 Posts
• Hindi - 52 Posts

SSA Exam Punjab Important Dates: 

SSA Punjab Exam Eligibility:   

(1)Age:

• Minimum: 18 years           
• Maximum: 37 years

(2) Essential Academic Qualifications: 

• Candidate Should have passed Graduation with 45% marks in the case of General category candidates and 40% marks in the case of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, Backward Classes and Physical Handicapped Candidates from a recognized university or institution and should have passed Hindi as an elective subject for three years of Graduation.
• B.Ed from a recognized university or institution with Hindi as one of the teaching subjects as per guidelines of University Grants Commission

Application Fees:

• Rs. 500/- for SC/ST/PWD Candidates.        
• Rs. 1000/- for all other Students.
