The State Bank of India (SBI) has officially announced the SBI PO 2025 recruitment drive, releasing the notification on its careers website today, June 24, 2025. This recruitment aims to fill 541 Probationary Officer (PO) vacancies across various SBI branches throughout India. The online registration process has commenced concurrently with the notification's release, which contains comprehensive details regarding registration procedures, key dates, and the examination schedule. The selection process for eligible candidates will involve three stages: Prelims, Mains,Interview and Group Exercises. Successful candidates may be posted anywhere in the country. Eligibility Criteria:-
- Age Limit(as on 01/04/2025)
The candidate must be between 21 Years to 30 Years i.e. candidates must have been born not later than 01.04.2004 and not earlier than 02.04.1995 (both days inclusive). - Qualification:- The candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognised University or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government. Those who are in the Final year/Semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally, subject to the condition that, if called for an interview, they must produce proof of having passed the graduation examination. Candidates with an Integrated Dual Degree (IDD) certificate must ensure that the date of passing the IDD is as mentioned in the notification. Candidates with a Chartered Accountant certification may also apply.

Selection Process
The SBI PO recruitment exam is the most premier among the public-sector bank exams in India. It is considered a little difficult compared to the bank entrance exams conducted by IBPS. The recruitment process for Probationary Officers at SBI consists of 3 stages:
