The State Bank of India (SBI) conducted the Mains Exam on 10 August for recruiting a total of 8653 Junior Associates in Clerical cadre. A total 190 questions were asked in the SBI Clerk Mains examination for 200 marks. There was separate timing for every section. There is a negative marking of one-fourth marks of every wrong answer given by the candidates.

SBI Clerk Exam Analysis: General/Financial Awareness

The overall level of this section was Easy to Moderate. Most of the questions were from banking, Static and current affairs. There were also few questions from basic banking awareness and the questions asked from static were based on those cities which were recently in news. The current affairs questions were mainly from the news and events of Jan to July 2019 months and there were few or no questions from static and banking awareness.
