Before applying for Punjab & Sind Bank LBO Recruitment 2026, candidates must ensure that they fulfill the required eligibility in terms of educational qualification, age limit, and local language proficiency.
Educational Qualification

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a university recognised by the Government of India.

Branch experience of Minimum 18 Months (Post Essential Academic Qualification Experience) as an officer in any Scheduled Commercial Bank or any Regional Rural Bank as listed in Second Schedule of Reserve Bank of India.

Minimum 60% aggregate marks for General/OBC/EWS candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) – as per standard bank norms.

Knowledge of Computer Operations is mandatory.
