Punjab and Sind Bank LBO: Selection Process
The selection process for Punjab and Sind Bank Local Bank Officers is as follows:

Written Test: 70% weightage (Marks out of 120 converted to 70)

Screening

Personal Interview: 30% weightage (Marks out of 50 converted to 30)

Final Merit List: The final merit list will be prepared out of 100 marks (combined total).

Proficiency in Local Language: Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the applied state, candidates with 10th or 12th certificates showing they studied the local language are exempted from this test.
