PSPCL JE 2026: EXAM PATTERN & SYLLABUS
The Punjab State Power Corporation Limited (PSPCL) conducts the recruitment exam for Junior Engineers (JE) across Electrical, Civil, and Sub-Station disciplines. The selection process is strictly based on a single-tier online Computer-Based Test (CBT), followed by Document Verification.
PSPCL JE EXAM PATTERN 2026
The exam consists of a single paper containing 100 objective-type multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be completed in a total duration of 120 minutes (2 hours).
Marking Scheme Details

Correct Answer: +1 mark

Negative Marking: 0.25 (1/4th) mark will be deducted for every incorrect response.

Minimum Qualifying Marks: 45% for General Category candidates and 35% for Reserved Categories.

Mandatory Prerequisite: Candidates must have cleared Punjabi up to the Matriculation (10th standard) level to be eligible for final appointment.
