The official notification with complete details has been released on 5th February 2026. PNB Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2026
All aspiring candidates must be aware of the minimum required eligibility to apply online for PNB Recruitment 2026. Candidates’ eligibility in terms of educational qualification and age limit are as follows:
Educational Qualification

Candidates must have completed their Graduation in any discipline from any Institute/ College/ University recognized/ approved by the Govt. bodies/ AICTE/ UGC. The result of the qualification must have been declared on or before 01/0/2026.

The candidates applying for training seats of a particular State/ UT should be proficient (in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding) in the local language of that State/UT.
Age Limit (as on 01/01/2026)
Candidates’ age should be less than 20 years and not more than 28 years. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.01.1998 and not later than 01.01.2006
The upper age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates is applicable as per the Government of India guidelines.

PNB Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Application Fees
Candidates must pay the application fees to successfully submit their form. The fee can be paid online via Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, and UPI. Once paid, the fee is non-refundable.

PNB Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection of the candidates for Apprentice posts will be based on an Online Written Test, a Test of local language, and a Medical Exam. The final selection of the candidates will be based on qualifying in a written test, a test of the local language, a medical examination, and verification of eligibility for the post.
