The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) has released the NICL Assistant Syllabus 2026 along with the recruitment notification for 500 Assistant vacancies. NICL Assistant Selection Process

NICL Assistant Exam Pattern 2026
The NICL Assistant Exam Pattern consists of two phases: Phase I (Prelims) and Phase II (Mains), followed by a Regional Language Test. In both the Prelims and Mains exams, there will be a penalty of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer. The final merit list will be based on the scores from the Mains Examination, provided candidates qualify for the Regional Language Test.
Prelims Exam Pattern
The NICL Assistant Phase 1 have 100 questions worth 100 marks, covering three different sections. Candidates should refer to the prelims exam pattern as they prepare for this online test.
