LIC HFL 2026 Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Junior Assistant role, candidates must meet the following requirements as of April 1, 2026:

Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years of age (i.e., born between April 2, 1996, and April 1, 2005).

Educational Qualification: Applicants should be graduates in any discipline from a government-recognized university with a minimum of 55% aggregate marks. Candidates who have completed their education through correspondence, distance, or part-time courses are not eligible.

Computer Literacy: Candidates must have working knowledge and basic operating skills in computer systems.
LIC HFL 2026 Selection Process
The selection process for LIC HFL Junior Assistant Recruitment 2026 is designed to assess candidates on both their knowledge and overall suitability for the role. It consists of two stages, ensuring that only the most capable candidates move forward in the recruitment process.

Online Examination: A 120-minute test with 200 objective questions from English, Reasoning, General Awareness, Numerical Ability, and Computer Knowledge. There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

Interview: Candidates who perform well in the online exam will be shortlisted and called for the interview round.
