IOB SO Probation and Bond Agreement
Selected candidates under the Indian Overseas Bank SO Recruitment 2025 will be placed on a probation period of 2 years, during which their performance and suitability for the role will be evaluated. Along with this, candidates are required to execute a Financial Service Indemnity Bond of ₹2,50,000 to serve the bank for a minimum of 3 years. Failure to complete the bond period may attract financial liability as per the rules of the bank.
