Despite overcoming a back injury sustained prior to the 2025 World Athletics Championships in Tokyo, Chopra demonstrated immense resilience. His season was highlighted by a historic milestone: becoming the first Indian to surpass the 90-metre mark with a 90.23m throw at the Doha Diamond League.
