IDBI Bank Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria can submit IDBI Bank Executive Application forms. IDBI Executive Exam 2026 Eligibility Criteria such as educational qualification and age limit mentioned below.
Education Qualification
Junior Assistant Manager (JAM Grade ‘O’)- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% for General, EWS and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria
Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’)- Graduate from a recognised university. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying for the eligibility criteria.

The candidate should hold a Graduation Degree from a recognised University or Institution to apply for Assistant Manager posts. The candidate should have a valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate stating that he/ she is a graduate.

Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers.

Proficiency in the regional language will be preferred.
Age Limit
- Junior Assistant Manager (JAM Grade ‘O’)- The candidate should be between the ages of 20 to 25 years to be eligible to apply for Junior Assistant Manager posts. The upper age relaxation will be provided as per the government norms.
- Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’)- The candidate should be between the ages of 21 to 30 years to be eligible to apply for Junior Assistant Manager posts. The candidate must have been born not earlier than March 02, 1996 and not later than March 01, 2005 (both dates inclusive).

Work Experience
- Assistant Manager (Grade ‘A’)- Post Qualification Work Experience, of Minimum 2 years in any Scheduled Public Sector Bank/Private Sector Bank /Cooperative Bank/Regional Rural Bank. Candidates having experience in Branch Banking / Operation/ Retail assets/ Credit/ sales & Third party products etc. shall be preferred.
- Desirable- Professional qualifications like CMA / CFA / ICWA/CA/ JAIIB, CAIIB etc.

Selection Process
The selection of the aspirants will be done through an online test at various exam centres followed by document verification, interview and a pre-recruitment medical test. The selected graduates will be recruited on a contract basis for the 3-year duration at various branches and offices. On successful completion contractual period, the appointees have to go through a selection process for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A‟) in IDBI Bank.
