Education Qualification
A Graduate from a recognized university in any discipline from a University recognized/ approved by the Government / Govt. Bodies viz., AICTE, UGC, etc. Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying the eligibility criteria.
Computer Literacy- Candidates are expected to have proficiency in computers/ IT related aspects.
Age Limit
The candidate should be between the ages of 20 to 25 years to be eligible to apply for IDBI Bank Executive posts.

Selection Process
The selection of the aspirants will be done through an online test at various exam centres followed by document verification, interview and a pre-recruitment medical test. The selected graduates will be recruited on a contract basis for the 3-year duration at various branches and offices. On successful completion contractual period, the appointees have to go through a selection process for appointment as Assistant Manager (Grade A‟) in IDBI Bank.
