Vice President Shri C. P. Radhakrishnan launched ‘Gnani Artha’, a sovereign Artificial Intelligence (AI) stack, in New Delhi.

Gnani Artha has been developed by Gnani AI, an Indian AI technology company (Bengaluru-based company).

Gnani Artha comprises Evon 3.3, its core LLM, and Plexus, an agentic AI platform for connecting AI capabilities with practical applications.
2. West Bengal to Introduce ‘Janatar Darbar’ for Quicker Grievance Redressal

The West Bengal has announced ‘Janatar Darbar’, a public hearing initiative aimed at providing quicker, direct and effective grievance redressal to citizens.

Through Janatar Darbar, citizens will have the opportunity to directly approach government officials with their complaints and concerns.

Officials participating in the initiative include District Magistrates (DMs), Sub-Divisional Officers (SDOs), and Block Development Officers (BDOs).
3. Himachal Pradesh Gets Its First Ozone-Based Water Project in Dehra

Himachal Pradesh is set to get its first ozone-based drinking water treatment project, estimated to cost around ₹46 crore.

The project will be established in Dehra, located in Kangra district.

Ozone-based treatment can be effective against a wide range of bacteria, viruses and other microorganisms.
4. Gujarat Launches India’s First Sports Genomics Programme

Gujarat has launched India’s first state-level Sports Genomics Programme, bringing genomics and biotechnology into athlete identification, training and high-performance development.

The programme is being implemented by the Gujarat Biotechnology Research Centre (GBRC) under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Gujarat.

The initiative is particularly significant for Gujarat’s preparations for the 2030 Commonwealth Games.
