1. Ramesh Budihal Wins India’s First Medal at Asian Surfing Championships

2. Moldova became the 107th member of the International Solar Alliance

  • Ratification Timeline: Moldova’s entry follows its ratification of the ISA Framework Agreement earlier in 2025—the draft law was approved by its Cabinet of Ministers in June 2025, providing the legal basis for membership.
3. Punjab became the first state to empanel sign language experts under the Juvenile Justice Act
  • Empanelled Professionals: The state will formally empanel sign language interpreters, translators, and special educators.
