Coal India Limited (CIL) has released the official notification Advt. No. 03/2026 for the recruitment of 660 Management Trainees (MT) in different disciplines under E-1 Grade. The recruitment will be done through a Computer-Based Test (CBT). Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of Coal India Limited coalindia.in. Coal India MT Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

  • The duration of the exam will be 3 hours in one sitting.
  • Each paper will carry 100 marks.
  • Each paper will have 100 MCQ questions.
  • Each question will carry 1 mark.
  • There will be no negative marking.
  • The question paper will be bilingual in English and Hindi.
  • Qualifying Marks:
    • General/ EWS: 40 Marks
    • OBC (NCL): 35 Marks
    • SC/ ST/ PWD: 30 Marks
