The 6th edition of the BRICS CCI WE (Women Empowerment) Annual Women’s Summit & Felicitations 2026 recently concluded in New Delhi. Held from March 21 to 23, 2026, the event focused on the transition from advocacy to leadership under the theme: "Women in Innovation, Science Leadership, Innovation & Entrepreneurship (WISE) – Inspiring Change, Shaping Tomorrow."

Mission ShakthiSAT Unveiling: A major highlight was the launch of the mascot for Mission ShakthiSAT, an initiative by Space Kidz India. This project aims to train 12,000 girls from 108 countries in STEM and satellite engineering, with the goal of launching the world's first all-girls international lunar mission.

Global Partnerships & MoUs: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed with SEBRAE (Brazil’s Micro and Small Business Support Service) to enhance cooperation between BRICS nations in supporting women-led MSMEs.
