NVS 2020 Eligibility Criteria:

Essential Academic Qualifications:

Assistant Commissioner
  • Master Degree in Humanities/Science/Commerce
  • Persons holding analogous post or post of Principal in the Level – 12 with at least 05 years experience in Level 10 and above in educational planning and administration in any govt/semi govt/autonomous organization
  • Experience of working in the residential school system
  • Research work is done in the field of education 
Post Graduate Teacher (PGT)
  • 02 years Integrated Post Graduate Course from Regional College of Education of NCERT in concerned subject with at least 50% marks   
  • (OR) Master Degree with 50% marks as aggregate from a recognized board   
  • B. Ed Degree    Proficiency in Teaching in Hindi & English Medium
  • Experience as TGT from a recognized board in the concerned subject
  • Experience of working in residential school
  • Knowledge of Computer Applications
Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT)
  •  04 years integrated degree course from Regional College of Education of NCERT with at least 50% marks in the concerned subject (OR) Bachelor Honours degree (OR) Bachelor degree from a recognized board
  • Experience of working in residential school
  • Knowledge of Computer Applications
Legal Assistants
  •  Essential: Degree in Law from a recognized university or institution
  •  Desirable: 03 years of experience of handling legal cases
 

Catering Assistants

  •  10th Pass and 03 years Diploma in Catering or its equivalent
  • (OR) Passed 12th class from CBSE with Hotel Management and Catering as Vocational Subject ans at least 01-year diploma in Catering or it’s equivalen
  • (OR) Trade Proficiency Certificate in Catering with minimum 10 years of service in Defence Services of the regular establishment (for Ex-Servicemen only)
 
Female Staff Nurse:
  • Passed Class 12th or equivalent and Grade A (03 years) Diploma/Certificate in Nursing/B. Sc from a recognized board. Registration with Indian/State Nursing Council. Practical Experience of 02 years in Hospital/Clinic.
  • Must have a working knowledge of Hindi/Regional Language and English
Lower Division Clerk (LDC):
  •  Passed 12th class
  •  Possess minimum speed of 30 w.p.m in English and 25 w.p.m in Hindi
  • Passed + 2 or senior secondary from CBSE/State with secretarial practices
  •  Knowledge of Computer Operation and Data Entry acquired either as a subject at +2 Level or through 06 months diploma in computer from a recognized or through computer literacy certificate at school level
  •  Experience in accounts/administrative matters in Govt/Semi Govt/Autonomous organization

NVS 2020 Application Fees

There are two methods to pay fee for this exam i.e. online or offline mode. The users have to print the offline copy of their respective banks challan copy, in order to pay the fee in offline mode. On the other hand, the user can pay their fee online using any sort of payment gateway inlcuding IDBI Net Banking, SBI online portal, any other bank providing net banking services.

1. In order to download their NVS Various Posts Admit Card candidates need to go to the important link section provided below.
2. After getting the link candidates need to go to the click it for downloading their NVS Various Posts Admit Card.
3. Candidates will be redirected to the login page, where they need to provide their following details-:

  • Registration No./Roll No
  • Password/DOB
  • Captcha Code
  • Have to click on the “ Login” Icon

4. After getting the link candidate will be able to download their NVS Various Posts Admit Card.
5. Candidates can also download their NVS Various Posts Admit Card from official site of the NVS Various Posts Admit Card.

The steps to check NVS Results are listed below:

1. Visit the official website of NVS – navodaya.gov.in.
2. Under What’s New Tab, Check for the NVS Merit List.
3. Click on the NVS 2019 Merit List Link.
4. The page will be directed.
5. Now use “CTRL+F” to search for your Roll Number. If it is there in the list, you have qualified in the written exam.
6. Download and save the PDF. Also, take a print out of the same for future reference.
